Dyna Torque Technologies Inc. has implemented new interface for Miller Pipe Pro 450 RFC welding inverter. Interface provides Lone Star system with remote real-time control of Miller's Pipe Pro 450 RFC. The Lone Star system remotely selects welding process (MIG, RMD, PULSE, ACCUPULE) and controls welding parameters and process execution. RMD process is used for root pass allowing for no-backing welding on open root (example: factory bevel 30 deg) or closed root (example: narrow J-bevel). Great savings for pipeline contractors can be achieved by using factory bevel and not using copper backing ring on internal line-up clamp. |
